How much will it cost to outsource my bookkeeping?
Truthfully, that is pretty difficult to answer until we see what your business looks like in terms of size, complexity and existing systems of all types.
However, here are some of the indicators we use to determine the scope of your engagement with us.
It will absolutely cost less than if you are doing the books in-house, even if you do this time-consuming, grueling work yourself. You can rest assured that your time is better spent on sales and staff management and building your business so you can make more money.
In a short 15 to 20 minutes, I can view your current bookkeeping and record keeping processes and give you a clear, concise idea on the cost of outsourcing for your particular situation.

The Rundown...
Keeping Fees Low We can easily manage all of your accounts payable, enter your deposits, reconcile the credit cards and bank accounts all for a fee of as low as $115/week.
Ballpark Figures
simply calculate the current (or past) burden rate of doing the books in-house. This involves factors such as who does it, how long it takes, does it keep that person away from actually doing the business that actually makes money for the business, etc.
BBSLLC's Complete Service can run as high as $495/week. This number may be higher if your business and workings are complicated or if your sales are over $2 million a year.
Don't Worry
In most cases, you can safely figure that our fee is going to be close to half of what it is costing you now. But do not forget that outsourcing is far more effective if you’re looking for ‘Best Practices’ to run a great business, and not if you're just trying to shave $100 a week off your overhead.
